Yes the Vietnam Vet's bus (& mobile museum) is coming to go with old military vehicles & we will get plenty of pics for the forum.

FYI: The new duel height loading ramps have been finished this week and the roads around the showground are all tar sealed now as well.
The showground has not been effected by the rain and it drains well.
There will still be a tilt tray on site.

It's stopped raining and the showground surface is hard/dry. It's all go for this weekend.

Last few truck musters we have done a limited edition stubbie holder for the exhibitors, here is a preview of this years one.
The first 120 exhibitors will get an awsome show bag with goodies from our show sponsors, all exhibitors will get the stubbie holders.

Hi Max, Tilt tray probably when the staff from McPhan's & PHT go home, however a few of our members should still be on site that work at PHT and can use the tilt tray.
Failing that the loading ramps are there anytime, not a lot of lighting in that area at night, but we will soon sort something out.
The tilt tray will be available on Sat & Sunday as well.
HVCCVC members will be on site 24hrs, I will p.m you my phone number.
We always do our best to look after our guests.

To anyone who is still thinking about should I go for this one GO GO GO the boys and girls from the HUNTER VALLEY CLUB are real great hosts and also it's a top show .Dave
