$250 Power Saving Bonus

Some people may not be aware of the Victorian Government's $250 Power Saving Bonus which is available to concession card holders. Below is the link:

You get a discount on your power bill and Gladys gives us a few vouchers to eat out or go to the movies. I think it is great that we pay ourselves these gifts.

Geeez Cobba...not everyone can get $50 million for a block of polluted dirt,there just isnt enough to go round!

Then there was the cost of cleaning up the over paid for block of dirt at over another 100 million. It does feel good to be able to be so careless with our money.
As usual even after they admitted that someone not authorised to sign off on the purchase did so and the whole deal still went through no one will have to answer to it or loose their job because we are so used to blunders like this on every single project they attempt.

Reminds me of a bumper sticker I saw years ago, “ I want to stamp out corruption in Government, or I want a piece of it.”
