Weight of HMF A66 K2 truck Crane

Looking at maybe putting the volvo on a diet. Would anyone know the weight of a HMF A66 K2 crane . Early 80s model ? Ian .

i have a hmf 88 model 1402 k2 the, k 2 meaning 2 hydraulic extensions.
Hyd. out and down on the legs - come out 2 mtrs
lifts app 2t @ 8.5 mtrs.
it weighs about 2500kg wet.
A similar hiab 1165 aw goes 1750 dry
is that any use?
i have found over the years...rough estimate only for older units
1t @ 5 mtrs weighs 1200 1500 kg
1 @ 8 mtrs weighs 1500 - 2000kg
that may give you a rough idea

Thanks Guys . Tare;d it off for rego , Went 14.7 ton. Take that away from 27 gives 12.3 :'( . Me old leyland tipper was good for 13.3, and like the volvo would not pull the skin off a rice pudding {very fast } Guys on a pommie forum asked if it was 220 or 240 HP . Feels like about 120HP perkins ponies .. Got a trip down to nanango to pick up a dozer ,after we run round here a bit and make sure theres no bugs in the system .

Hi Chocs , It says 1050 KG at 6.2 MTS 2200KG at 3MTS . Guy on an english forum reckons this model weighs 800 KGs including the legs ,which sounds a bit on the light side to Me . Humm , we have not got a buggered it i know smiley . Ian .
