Quarry trucks

I will try and put on a few pictures of trucks carting from the local quarry. This kenworth is a bit fancy for our back roads

mate, that's a nice looki'n unit, wot's it cartin'...jk.

They are carting road base for fixing the Gore highway and also Miles air port its crushed basalt (blue metal) There can be up to seventy loads a day go out about twenty to thirty trucks different trucks

G'day Elgindale, I have recently heard that the Road trains carting gravel down towards the Qld border on flood repairs have gotten into a bit of a price war... One guy was happily minding his own business charging $7.80 per km when another guy came along and offered to do it for $5.20 per km. Said first guy got bushed and that when the rot set in now they are all trying to cut each others throats. The only winner is the primary contractor. The little guys fight and the big guys profit.. It happens every where across all industries. Cya'll Neil.

You see that happen.... The brains in the industry dont exist.

You're better off going broke staying home than going out there wearing out the truck.
