If you don't mind a good quality photocopy rather than an original book, i would recommend plough book sales. They have a descriptive, easy to navigate website with prices. I have bought several books from them over a number of years and found them very reliable. Sometimes out of stock items take a while, but they have always turned up. They also post out updated catalogues every so often too.
