Sometimes you're the windscreen, sometimes you're the bug.

I have replaced the wiring harness on the black one.
There are no fuses only what i think is a circuit breaker under the dash.
Does anybody know how to test these?
I am a bit nervous about hooking up a battery without double checking.
Amazingly i did read the instructions but the old wire was so bad i couldn't tell what colour it was.

Easiest way to test the circuit breaker is do a simple continuity test with an ohm meter if you have a small multimeter, Instead of stripping the covering off the wire each side of the breaker pinch a couple of your missus's sewing pins or needles and push them into the covering so that they contact the core of the wire. If you haven't got a multimeter, use a test probe light, one end on a negative, the other probe end used to make contact with the pins/needles. If it's in such a position makes it hard to get to, simply strip a short length of wire and hook up to the pins/needles.
If you use an ohm meter to test it, it will not only tell you the continuity, but will give you a resistance reading on the device.

I had a '52 Customline hearse for a short period about thirty years ago and recall seeing a '53 Customline Wagon (from vague memory) in a wrecking yard in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. About the same time, most interestingly not a side valve V8 but an overhead valve six - the original Ford engine, only one of these I've seen in Australia.

PDU,
That wagon would have been rare even with a v8.
I have never even seen a picture of one.

Anybody know Arnold's from Brewarrina or Tighes from Coonabarabran? They were the previous owners of my hearses.
