I'm in Kalgoorlie, who did you buy the 700 from?

Jeff asked the same question I was just going to ask .. but I'll wager it's a Mack, seeing as it's Kalgoorlie.
Give us more details, Chippa .. is it driveable? .. location? .. delivery point? .. will it be loaded without hassles? .. unloaded the same? What kind of $$'s are you looking to pay? Is it COD? Don't forget, it's a long way from Kal to Melbun! Nearly 3000 kms? Someone will do it, there's plenty of trucks heading East empty, but at what $$'s, is the big question ...

I'd be more likely to go with it being a Ford onetrack, can't think of any F700 Macks around here but I know of a few F700 Fords, some of which have recently been advertised for sale. Whatever it is it will be VERY expensive to move from here to Melbourne, if it was me and the truck was driveable I'd get a permit and drive, direct flights are available from Melbourne for about $300.

yes Guys its a effie i am considering the drive i have done it many times but need to take a few spares with me if i do its an unforgiving road the nullabor.

i am still doing my sums at this stage but uts hard to find a decent effie thats not rusted out over here

chippy, swishy and some of the other blokes are a bit old and dont understand terms like Effie (name of the greek girl who works in the fish shop???)
