Dodge d5n Fuel Sender was created by WA Dodge
Gday all,
I am chasing the fuel sender that sits in the fuel tank on a dodge truck. Mine is D5N but guessing they will be the same on all. I am in WA but happy to pay postage if someone has a good working one that will fit in. Also if anyone knows if you can buy a new one that would help also. I just need a solution so open to suggestions.
Thanks

Is it completely dead? Maybe it can Be repaired by an instrument specialist. Or could you swap the internals with another sender? You tune senders by adding resistors in series or parallel, just have to make sure they go the right way (low to high). Use a variable resistor to find out what you need

Yeah found out that today when went to look at a 400. Mine is the small 1.5t styleside pickup. The tank is the one with the filler coming through the cab near the drivers door. Filler tube is at the end of the tank. The larger dodge trucks have the square tanks on the passenger side with the filler in the middle and this one wouldn't fit.

shouldn't be to hard to find one, as the smaller AT4's have that style tank.

If the pickup pipe is 370mm long, the top flange is 75mm diameter and it has 6 screw holes, I may be able to help. The resistance range is 4-33 ohms.
