1982 Inter 1830 4x4

Not a bad off road camper.

They did a nice job at swapping the doors over to make them fit around the wheel arches for the extended cab.

Obviously a fire truck. I have no doubt the original body contractor did not lose money on the modifications.

IH did make dual cabs in the acco line, cannot remember if the configuration was like this. We had to re-inforce the cab chassis for mine work.

That one has been somewhat rebuilt with Army Acco components .

I wonder how it steers on the hwy. Weight distribution looks very much out of sorts. Back springs could do with a rebuild.
For me the steering would be to light. And that climb into the cab would not suit a lot of people. O/All. No thanks.

Just been out checking the ball weight of the caravan, would not have to worry with that...... Just the fuel tank
