They are very hard to find these days.
The early ACCO was the same.
Ive just made one out of an AR160 bumper. Has to be cut in half and widened. Also cut length ways and have a bit put in to increase the depth.
Steve Corstorphan in Melbum might be a good place to start your hunt.
