Wanted: 50's / 60's 1 ton ute was created by OldGMHolden
Hi All,
I'm only a learner on this forum, but have been playing with cars and trucks for about 50 years, and I am now looking for a ute to restore.
What I envisage is something like an Inter Ar110 trayback, or similar in Ford, Chev, or whatever, with a bit of grunt. (NO Hotrods, NO 4 cyls, only 50's/60's)
It should ideally be in S.E. Qld so I can easily have a look at it.

G'day OldGaz, welcome to the forum. A bloke in Inverell had two for sale back in June, not sure if he still has them. Here's some details, in the link below.
They weren't traybacks, they were ute-style bodies. He did start on planning to hotrod one, but it appears he didn't do too much damage to them, just dismantling.

Thanks for that, Onetrack.
He still has them, and although I really crave a trayback, I could be swayed.
I will look around for a little while longer, and maybe take a trip to have a look-see.
