I think it is an Aussie made AR series cab ( by Chrysler in Adelaide ) but the front sheet metal would be bought in from the USA.

The cab on my AR162 is the same and I have been told it was built in Adelaide then shipped to Melbourne for fitment.
Having lived through a pandemic I now understand all the painting of fat people on couches!

on a school excursion way back when
I witnessed them thar jokers @ the IH factory @ danenong spot weldin doors for the 190
why I remember
cos I twaz amazed they used a bout 20 spotwelds @ inters to weld the door up in to one piece
but @ nuther xcursion to the VW factory in Clayton did C m spot weld VW Bug doors with bout 200 spot welds
