Australian or American IH cab ?.

That's definitely an Australian cab based on the Dodge Pilot House cab. With the one piece screen it would date from 1955 to 1958 or so corresponding to the later AR series and AS series. The American IH Comfo-Vision had a completely different curved dash.

But the emblem says R-180, not AR-180 which suggests an American cab to me.
