....i felt very fortunate to have a chat with SloSpeed today, and in amongst other things concerning the restoration projects he has embarked upon, we touched on the subject about his departure from the forum....

...Trev is very passionate about proper restoration work and the extremely good info supplied by many kindred people....but also very much less passionate about some of the banter and forum ''off topic'' stuff that these public places and forums bring....

... each to their own, and i hope and wish that Trev can still gain some value out of the good input that this forum can provide to all kinds of people for their various pursuits....


....PS .. SloSpeed was right up there in the number of posts made by the various forum members....all credit to his efforts

anyone that was paying attention would remember that some time ago slospeed raised some concern about certain aspects of the forum which fell on deaf ears so I guess he decided that it might not be the place for him which with some of the stuff that goes on here I can understand good luck to him and thanks for sharing his work [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
