Profile brings to mind early Mazda, but Nissan Homer also sort of fits. Front brings to mind a Fiat. Other than these, no idea.

I'm thinking more like a 1960's Toyota Dyna.

at first glance it looks like a Nissan Homo van ..but id lean more towards a very early dyna/Daihatsu (didnt they share cabs ?)

...she appears to have a front spring shackle on the RHS...this would eliminate the old Homer, as they had an independent front suspension with coils?....(but very possibly torsion bars)....
...i drove an old petrol Homer delivery van in the early 'eighties, and what a great, honest worker she was
..they replaced her with a brand new 1984 Toyota Dyna with the cart front springs and diesel....she was a great truck also....but nowhere near the smooth ride of the Homer....
PS .. a lot of the early imported Isuzu's were painted a pale blue all over....there seems to be a bit of that colour on her??...
