OK Swishy, so now I'm, not worried about taking space.
I am just scanning, titivating, onto photobucket, and linking.
You can just right click the pics, save on desktop and print if you like ?
I ain't quite as clever as you, you 'Antipodean Pixel Manipulator'
Cheers mate,
Scanner has crashed now !!
Normal Service will be resumed as soon as possible.
In the meantime put your Pyjamas on,
turn yer PC off and have a sleep.
Cheers

DD its your lucky day.
Here is some historical stuff from the home of the 'Growlin Griffin'.
Its BEDPHORD time
And now for a truck that was responsible for me losing my memory on many occasions after a night out in my younger years. The chinese 6 wheeler booze mover.
and finally..
I hope all you Bedphord minded people enjoy this lot.
Sorry there was no double-page centrespread.
1. I couldn't get it to look right.

Hi Roland
I was pleased to see that you are possibly starting to like Macks
How could you ever not, well some of them, anyway! Just take a look at this Rod Simmonds photo of an Ultraliner in New Zealand, which after having covered millions of kms in this guise.............
http://i842.photobucket.com/albums/zz350/vicandval/BonneysMACKUltralinerSeries60Detroi.jpg?t=1251494394
was bought by a mate of mine who shortened the chassis to make it a quad tractor and brought it back to "better than brand new" condition and it has ended up like this...........
Now, surely you must agree that that is a fine looking piece of machinery?

It's a good question, Swishy, as politicians say while they're thinking up an answer. Partly to keep the centre of gravity a bit lower, particularly on tankers as this tractor unit used to be. It also keeps the weight down a bit as the God Squad here are a bit fussier about weight limits than your guys are, I think.
Every little bit helps when it comes to reducing weight, for example the tractor unit I drive now, shown in the first 2 photos below.........
is almost a tonne lighter than the S-Line I drove previously, shown below...............
even though the S-Line had a lighter engine and gearbox than the 9400i. This is getting off the original topic, I know, but you asked the question.
I must admit, though, that the small wheels don't do anything to improve the looks

Gday VH
I must agree, that is a smart looking truck.
The configuration is totally foreign to anything in the UK.
I have much to learn.
Cheers
