530 login failed

You will if you follow Swishy's advice.

The link in his post should fire up an email, but it does not and this is causing your '530 Login Failed' message. I suspect it is something wrong in the way Swishy created the link so please ignore it.


The email address 'forum@hcvc.com.au' will be available during and after the migration if people are having problems and they need to contact us for help.

There will be a couple of threads/boards on the new Forum where people can also seek help and ask their questions.

For people having trouble getting logged in, one of the boards set up will allow them to make a post as Guest until we can get them sorted out and this will be the preferred way to resolve your access problems rather than trying to track emails.

Once you are logged on then you can raise other issues and questions via another board that will be set up to manage them.

As above, you will be able to contact myself and the forum admins/mod via the forum@hcvc.com.au email address or post your issue on the Forum, without being logged in, so we can resolve whatever is wrong for you.

For the first 8-12 hours you will see this version of the Forum with a Message saying it is Maintenance Mode and the migration has started. Once the migration has completed you will then see the new Forum also with a message saying it is unavailable at the moment. This will mean the conversion has worked and the new Forum should be available soon after once I have completed some changes to make it ready.
