As the PM part of the forums not currently active, there unavailable at present would be my guess.
Did read somewhere yesterday, they are looking into activating it.

224 is quiet. In the first few hours 500+ was normal.

I think this software determines Guests differently to the old software and while some of them will be real people and search engines, a lot are just malicious activity coming in via automatic scripts/robots that were causing a lot of the resource issues on the old software. Hopefully over time they will go away.
