I think the trailer is bogie set up, if so it should be a Commer knocker not petrol

Might be perspective in the photo but the trailer looks to have a 4' pin, typically for a tandem truck.
Love the extra fuel capacity on the Commer, wonder if she had another tank on the left as well.
And big wheel base, vacuum brakes, all standard thinking for the period..

If you enlarge the trailer photo I think you will find it is a single axle.
