1/2 Scale Kenworth truck was created by Coal Carter
This is a picture of a 1/2 scale Kenworth "Half Pint" that my Dad and i built from scratch in 1980 when i was about 12 years old.
It was built out of old Mini parts which worked out well for the size we wanted. It was powered by a 5hp Villers motor running thru a 3 speed HR Holden gearbox, Morris Marina final drive & rear mudguard rolled by Clutha. I have some old Super 8 Footage that i will upload to U-Tube soon.
We sold it in 1987 to a collector in Camden and I have never seen it again. :'( Does anyone know were it is?

Hi Garry, what a cute little KW. I bet you would have had a ball driving it. It surely would be nice to find it again. Maybe you should placed a wanted ad in the local paper with a pic and even offer a reward. Good Luck.
