I have dodge 575 cab and the passenger door bottom hinge has movement in it . Can they be reconditioned or do i need to source new

I don't know about your hinge but when I bought a new hinge for Lorry the Hino I discovered that I only needed to cut out the old pin and fit an oversised one and re-drill the hole round. I thought they would have bushes etc in there but no.
