Stanhope GMC recovery by Dodge

Sundays club trip to Stanhope involved the recovery of a 44 GMC truck for a new member in Hastings,first job was to get it to local transport yard for fitting of new tyres as the ones on it were last used 40 plus years ago,so off we bounced down the road on 4 flat tyres

steering was a bit loose so to keep it tracking straight behind us i welded the drag link to the I beam
