Here's some pics of Barry's stunning efforts to date. These pics were taken in mid January. Barry's overcome some serious obstacles to get the truck to this stage.

This truck will stop people in its tracks when done. It does already.

Unfortunately, yours truly is in this second pic.

Yellow is a bit slow but gee it should fly seeing it has a RED chassis. ;D ;D

Hope no rocks hit the oil filter where it is mounted ;D

Reckon she'll have a nice bumper, Dave. Honestly ::) ;D

See the taps either side of the filter? Nice touch, eh?

Hi Barry the 90 is looking good, thats the same seat we had in the Diamond T for a while. Just watch the clutch if it is heavy the seat slides wont hold on that model. The screamer looks good. The air conditioner will work great . Keep up the good work. Quality Australian truck not like the pommy built the you need to work on every trip. Better swap tail lights for older style. Stephen

Hello Gents, Andy posted the pics because I have a problem with posting pics at the moment. Dave, the bumper covers the filter. The pyrex bowls with the valves each side of the oil filter are for the slobber drains out of the air box. As Andy said Ive had some big problems with this truck starting with a bent chassis rail, cactus diff and a couple of wheel barrow loads of bog. In the end what started out to be a tidy up of a going truck has turned out to be complete rebuild. Stephen, no chance of the masters seat moving under pressure. I snuck an air assist clutch in when no one was looking. In response to your comment about the air tanks. I admire the abilities of the 53 series Jimmy's but ive driven them enough to know tagging a second trailer on would make a run across the paddock bedford slow. Im bringing over Andy's Beddy and a 41 Ford in November so I better make sure they are tarped up nice and tight, both of them are likely to fly to bits being dragged through the wind at 100 k's and hour. ;D Barry

Crikey, Barry, you almost sound as though you're having a go at Vern and Burkey's handiwork! ;)

:DHi Barry you better gate as well as tarp the trailer to stop the Bedford from excapeing from the trailer at those speeds. That would be the fastest the Bedfords ever travelled on wheels. It will be time to start story diesel for the trip as the price keeps rising. Keep up the good work Barry. ;) From Stephen
