I finally got around to getting a Youtube account!
My first offering is a video was taken with my camera back in 2004. One of the camera operators was Shadow!
It was taken during a steam truck run from Melbourne to Echuca for the echuca rally. I'm sure when you watch it you can see why diesel eventually replaced steam! And why we don't do many long road runs!
It is hard work! The run took us about 4 days and we used in the sentinel about a ton of coal a day!
Anyway enjoy!
Their will be more videos to come from my collection of videos or of my toys!

It was great to see them out and about and I watched few other clips of the other steam wagons and yours is up there with any others on you tube . dave

It was good to see it wasnt all good sailing and break downs are when you find your real mates as I know to well as there some who will stick and others who will close one eye and keep on driving.Dave

When you are driving old steam vehicles that type of distance you always stick together! Was a great trip but very tiring!

Nice Vid & Pics, them steam trucks are in great nick, a credit to the owners.
Just got back from steamfest, another good year with a show of historical vehicles, engines etc. There was also an old steam truck (Sentinel??) that usually shows every year.
