Somewhere between Bridgetown and Pemberton in the south west of W.A Looked like who ever had all this stuff was a bit of a horder of english/european stuff with only one 1970,s holden to be seen.

Yeah! the bus is a Bedford VAL coach

Borgward had a horizontal opposed water cooled engine
nice little engine,but flogged the main bearings about every 10,000 miles. Much like a VW engine , but water cooled rather than air Front wheel drive

My brother has a Borgward Hansa Station wagon of similar vintage. 1100cc of power. They shared the mechanicals with the Kombi (and maybe the floorpan)
with the fins and door on the rear it looked like a hearse for a pet's cemetery
