Fire Appliances

Hi everyone,

Over the years there has been a serious loss of the history of SA's Fire Service through the sale of old appliances and closure of the museums which housed them.

I am trying to change that and establish a fire museum here in SA.

I already have a collection of 5 appliances(mainly ACCO's) and an old Austin F345C which has a case of serious cancer(rust) and slowly restoring it.

What I ask of those on the forum is if you own an old fire appliance or know where there is one hiding in a shed we have'nt tracked down yet let me know.
