Post WW1 Truck Sitting in Orchard

Hello

I took these two photos last weekend of this truck 'grazing' amongst an orchard of Orange Trees.

As I am not an expert on trucks of this era, could someone help out with it's identification. The cast radiator top tank may be a clue.

Looks like someone has restored it and now it's not loved anymore eh? Stationary motor on the back too. The truck looks American with that front axle, but I havn't a clue what it is.
