Mack R Fuel and Air Start Tank Dimensions

Right, so having searched the net, and not finding what I need, does anyone know the dimensions of the recangular steel step tanks used on the Rs (Height, Width, Length) and I also need to find out the diameter and length of the Air Starter tank.

The size of these tanks is what I mean. Sorry whoever it was that had their picture used, but this was the best looking single cab R700 on Google before it got a sleeper

there is more than one V: of the mack 'R" model
the yello pic one has a long hood
the shorter V: when U tilt the hood it almost hits the aircleaner with the lower part of the mudguard

on our 'R' we have 2 different size fuel tanks coz of the short W/B n the airstart tank

Mainly looking at the long hood (R700). Although between the different version the Width and Height of the various tanks would be the same wouldn't it?

I am trying to make a 3D computer model, to be used in the presentation of one of my subject assignments. Much like this one, but less 'wild,' like the one in the above picture

Hi Jbran, your dimensions as requested: Fuel Tank 1260 Long x 600 Wide x 520 High. Air tank is 740 Wide x 600 high. No problems with using pic. but Swishy definitely right about those stacks, much higher. JR

there are two sizes in the air start tanks and same with the fuel tanks , i'll be working on my 700 tomorow so i'll measure my tanks steve
