Hi,
I am in a battle with a company whom I had dry hired a truck to, the truck returned with a snapped swing arm, both rear pedestals cracked and 3 of the 4 air bags busted....their explanation "that is fair wear and tear" so off to the small claims tribunal we go on the 27th on November.
Would any one have access to a "brochure or spec sheet that may help my cause. I believe the truck was being driven loaded with the air bags deflated, and would like a little more offical paperwork to help my cause, I can find the parts breakdown of the suspension. It is a Kenworth "Airglide" 100 Air Suspension".
