I assume the photo was taken at the same Minesite, where the rest of your 'watzits" come from..& like the sign says. general pnuenmatics gas engine.
Its plainly got 3 cylinders.
Plus there's that big coil on the right of it. But then it's got that small air reciever on the left of it.

SOOOOOO.

I'd be guessing its a 3 cyl gas engine that supplied the air or elictricty to the mine.(possibly both)

But that's all TOO obvious!!
