The second and third pictured were of the Hume as recently as 2017-18 ??
When the highway flooded just north of Wangaratta. I was working in Wang but staying in Chiltern at the time so it was quite the detour around it.
The Highway was also cut at Euroa on the same days.

Flooded in those areas in 1980.
Southbound from Sydney with horses, radio reports from Albury down warning of water over the road. Had to be through Benalla before 2 am as the road was to be closed. Long stretches with water about a foot deep.
