That is very hard! With a camper how much was added by the coach builder and how much was done at the factory.
It is interesting to put into Google image search "ugly motorhome in England" gets lots of interesting hits!

Genzhal tyres hinted at Turkey, but I got nowhere chasing the tyre company with google.

I think Geofb is on the right track. Looks American to me
The hub cap logo looks like the Deutz rocket but can not blow it up and it is probably just the wheel manufacturer anyway.

I might have seen that on BLB a long time ago. I reckon it is American (possibly Canadian) and their is a web site for a club for the things if I could recall the name of the rocket. It looks to have American wheels and marker lights on it too.
