1935 KC Dodge diff was created by Funeral-man
Hi, I,m a new forum member with a 1935 KC Dodge Roadster ute. My Problem is that I blew up my diff a couple of weeks ago and can't find replacement parts. The biggest issue is the casting holding the gear assembly split where it is attached to the plate that the crown gear is bolted to. Does anyone out there have a diff centre for the KC Dodge or have any suggestions for modifying another diff assembly to fit?

Have you tried your local car clubs and Restored Cars Magazine or you could go for a modern diff and have the wheel flanges modified to suit

Thanks for the advice. I've contacted several clubs and also searched the web in several countries. I have a couple of leads in the USA but ws hoping to find something here in OZ. I'm off to Ballarat Swap in the morning. If I'm really lucky I might turn up at least a lead there.

Southbound went to Ballarat swap meet on Friday for the first time. It's friggen huge and catered and on the 2018 calender now, 2 days camping and catching up with old mates on the piss! And some buying and selling too!

My wife and I arrived at the swap on Sat morning, we both had signs around our necks stating we wanted a KC Dodge diff. Both of us covered half the swap each. Attracted a lot of attention and comments but no dodge diffs.
Since then I have tracked down a 36 sedan complete diff. Its the same width as the dodge KC. Only picked it up two days ago. Currently cleaning it up and stripping it to inspect but so far looks good. It will me mobile again.
