blueprints

Hi i am new to this board but find it very useful for my buisness as a model maker ,can any tell me where i can find some blue prints for an atkinson flat fronted cab as sold in austrailia i have made a border with a jennings on and most of the yankie iron from the 60,s 70,s but am stuck for a good line drawing or blueprint for the flat front atkinson cab????? please have a look at our website it may be nice to see some cabs in 1/50 scale that are not availible anywhere else,i am willing to pay for some blueprints if they are availible from a company or supllier

Welcome to the forum, there is a supplier in Victoria making resin Aussie Atkinson cabs in 1/25 scale. I have bought one and am slowly building up a model of one of the BP roadtrain tankers.
If you want to go ahead with a 1/50 I have plenty of photos and line drawings.

hi atki pete i would love to have a look at some good qaulity line art if you have them i would pay for any costs involved or whatever

Give me a couple of days to find those. There were variations of the Aussie Atkinson cab ie 3 basic designs plus options of day, half sleeper or sleeper cab and the height slowly grew over the years. Swishy's is what I call the Australian MK11 day cab, a proper truck he keeps on hand for any tough jobs.

Here you go littlebigtrux, would have posted earlier but forgot I had it ...yep...it's the official OZ Atki Mk1 spec sheet, has imperial dimensions an' all.
