Wheel step rings required

I need a couple of wheel hub step rings. Doing a 4x4 Canter up as a cross-country Winnebago?? but unfortunately the cook is having trouble climbing up into the cab.

I think some English trucks like 60's Ford Thames had quite small ones that would be perfect but I suspect I can modify almost any size. Last resort is to get a couple of rings rolled out of checker plate and invent some sort of backing plate..

I vagually remember UES or McNaughtans selling them, I'm not sure that they had them for the little wheels though.
