I.D Plate Etching was created by 48Bedford

Hi everyone, I was hoping someone could help me with a contact to have the plates pictured reproduced-etched? They are for Eaton 2 speed diffs.
Both pics are the same plate, but top one is not legible.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Send Chocs an email, his minister of defence is a wizard for decals, produced one for me for the C Line.

Up here there is a mob called Queensland Nameplates, do a lot of that sort of thing for new truck manufacturers as well as the QLD Transport mod plates. They do our towbar rating plates. Not sure about Melbourne, one mob would be Nidderie Nameplates, they do the complience plates for most of Australia, but I'm sure there would be others down there. I might have spelt that wrong.

Just how were these plates fabricated in the first place ??
Was it printing with stencil , and etching ? or a simple offset printing and or etching ?

Now also in Model engineers workshop a while back there was an article where machine mameplates were reproduced by creating a computerf ile of the required image then printing onto wet transfer material etc .. This could be a way to create what you want ..

Good luck richard

If it is etching you need done. Ring Ron at Acme Platemaking 93804498.
About 5 years ago I needed etched name plates for the Fargo, spent days being sent all over Melbourne and they were the only place that could do them.
I would have been smarter to look at my own customer list first because they were on it.
