How easier to to load an image? I do not see a function "browse and upload"

You were doing most things right but the photo needs to be in public view.

The forum the picture is hosted on requires me to login to see it. As I am not a member of that forum I can't see it. You may be able to as you were logged into that forum and this one at the same time

Dima, Check out the FAQ section on tips for uploading Pictures.
At the moment you have to upload your photos to a hosting site & copy & paste the image codes to your post here.
Or if you already have photos posted somewhere in the public domain you can copy the Image codes from there..
Work is in progress to move the Forum to a different Hosting site which will vastly improve to picture posting process......
