That Lindsay Brothers KW was driven by Billy Valance, hence the name on the bumper "Liberty Valance".

Another good group of photos Paul .The 2nd one of the Red KW looking after the 1418 Benz think is an early model KW , it looks like its got swingin door handles

Yes Swanny, the brown slim cab with tarped load similar maybe.
Hard on trucks the livestock business then, in and out of properties
and off the highway to access them. Some places could only reverse
in from the road to get to their loading ramps. Soon learned to walk
in and have a look before entering. Not popular in parking bays either!
