Name that Bus was created by werkhorse
Need to pick the brains trust on this one .... Anyone know what make and model this bus is?

Hoping to identify it for an article I am writing

I'd have to repost elsewhere, as I am not an expert. I am guessing White leading, and International trailing.
Clearly you didn't want a flippant 'Priscilla'.
Our Penrith Museum of Fire member may be able to answer top of head.

Some prewar british make,I think............notice the big headlights.The wheels look british too,to me.....Morris Commercial,or even a small Leyland .............there seems to be some sort of angled name on the grille...........Ive never seen a White bus of that era didnt have whites odd spider wheels,with taper lugs inside and outside.

There's a bloke in Tas who writes articles about this for restored cars. He would know. I'll have to look up an article.

Les Morley .... And I think you may have triggered my mind ...I have most of his books here ... I'll go look .... the photo is dated 1946 if that helps

I'm waiting for a reply from a friendly expert. I went White or Reo for the first, and International (K?) for the second.

Well the back one is a 1940-46 K series International.... I've searched everywhere but can't find a match for that grille anywhere
