Could not miss this post, this one had SA rego but I am pretty sure there were a couple at Victoria Markets as well

Dairy Farmers in Grose st Parramatta had one as a yard tug circa 1962. All the road Bedfords towed single axle trailers and were equipped with the Scammel quick release system.

Wow, l didn't think any Explorers were exported to Australia. Looks like an earlier one with leaf spring supported front tow point.
I know some Explorers went to NZ but not with this cab shape.
Is this old girl still surviving in Australia, would love to find one myself ?

Brisbane City Council had one as a tram recovery vehicle. It went to the Tram Museum at Ferny Grove and is possibly still there.
