Some here will be aware of a major fire in a truck collection at Springbrook in the Gold Coast hinterland.I believe destruction is extensive, and the owner was badly burned....Sad news.

It was on the telly,9? .....said to be 24? fire engines in attendance.......I saw it on the news, and asked a couple of collectors I know, who,I might add ,have big sheds crammed with inflammable stuff,....on theTV you could plainly see a 190 and DiamondT wreceker in flames, told there were many WW2 vehicles, number of prewar Macks.....and lots of NOS engines etc in crates.........the owner was well known in WW2 collecting/hoarding circles.....reckon the scrappies have it all now.
