The float has Ranger Sydney on its hub caps. Did Ranger also make floats or just the axle which looked like it has wedge brakes?

looks like a Fleet Express Iron Horse Kenworth, had a good topic on the forum some years ago about these 

V12 GM Allison Auto and huge Clark rear end 

I  wonder if it is one of these Kenworths
