Log in issues

I’m relatively new to the forum (have been reading as a guest for ages), but have had to log in each time I visit, this is on two seperate devices

Just go onto the red section at the bottom of this page and click log in but tick remember me before final clicking.

I am having a good day and have been held logged in since about lunchtime yesterday - a record for me.

I'm doing pretty well with logouts. It stays for, maybe a week, although the phone and computer often boot each other off (has always happened).

Both android phone and Samsung tablet need logging in each day even after clicking remember me.

I had been logging in and clicking "remember me" but it seemed it didn’t want to remember......but did this morning?

I have been doing some testing on this issue and still nothing definite as to the cause but I have managed to stay logged in for two days, twelve days and now onto three days and counting.

If you would like to help diagnose the issue you can do your own tests and update this thread with your details. What I would like to know is the following.

How you logged in, the top right of the Forum of bottom left of each page, and did you check the Remember me box?
How many days did you stay logged in for?
Are you using a Desktop, Phone, iPad/Tablet or some other device?
What Browser are you using, Firefox, Google, Safari, or something else?

For example this would be my post.

To ensure you are starting from the start, please logoff first and then Login again and make sure you have checked the Remember Me box when you do.

When you get this issue where the latest post shows up blank, edit the URL at the top of the page and remove the word unread and the '/' symbol and then press enter.

Bottom left hand corner, checked remember me.
Have to be at least 3 weeks i reckon, could easily be 4 this time, very rarely now that i get logged out.
Desktop only.
