1942 Bedford Bus was created by BillV
just bought this old girl, mostly converted into a camper, used to look like the pic below, now looks like the pic below that. Runs a 3208 with a 5 speed allison auto. Runs beautifully and is a bit of a classic to look at. A good garage mate for the old austin!

Hey BillV,
That looks a fair bit later than a 1942 to Me :-/ (or was it a typo?)
More like 1962 I'd reckon!
But as My Wife often tells me; I Have on occasion been wrong :'(

Did a conversion on one of them for a bloke many years ago but used a commer 6 speed box. Went like the clappers. Dont know what ever happened to it. Was owned by reg warry who traded as roadrunner tours from lake macquarie area i believe

Yes Doug Reg Warry did trade as road runner coaches, they were based at wangi wangi (lake Macquarie)
Reg passed away some time ago I believe.
They had an IBC bus with a 3208 Cat and Alison auto, was that the one you converted for them?
They had a couple of very nice old GM powered Dennings to.

Bill's bus looks like a PMC body to me but I might be wrong.
