I have been off air for 10 days dong the Brisbane to Adelaide (via Birdsville) Postie Bike Challenge as support vehicle for my son-in-law who runs it. Over $2m raised since I started it 17 years ago. Brisbane to Darwin next year if anyone wants to have some fun

71 riders this year. Unfortunately a few fell off and had to be shipped out by the Flying Doctor but generally it ran like clock-work. The Birdsville track was the worst I have seen it and caused the riders some problems.
Here they are at the finish in Adelaide on Tuesday.

Waiting for the Ambulance with two wounded on the Birdsville Track. This is one of the better sections.
The Snail I drove back to Brisbane from Adelaide with my ute on the back. Poor little thing really struggled. Workshop and baggage truck.
