i guess the problem with old models is they become all brittle and broke, have bits added and taken off that aren't original, the wheels fall off, and the chassis ends up being very knocked around : : :-* :-*

And Detective, you're spot on, couldn't have said it better mate, that's why i always prefer buying old built up one's and rebuilding them, much more satisfying
