Hi all,

Was just wondering if anyone out there knew anything about this truck, a UD CWS.60:

Detroit Diesel Series 60 12.7 430hp:

I believe these were made as a one-off model before the introduction of the CW/CWA445 series - CWA is the airbag suspended model while the CW had the 6 rod suspension!

One question though: was this UD Nissan Diesel's first serious attempt at a linehaul B-Double prime mover??? According to the ad, this truck is 90 tonne rated with ABS - 2 pre-requisites for a B-Double prime mover!

Brochures will be greatly appreciated - PM me for my email/snail mail address!

Joe

Cement Australia was a big user of them! I saw one a while back with a pneumatic tanker on the back!

Paul,

Thanks - photos are good! Cement Australia had one too - haven't seen it for a while though.... I'm scared this might be theirs!

If they are doing that, this is more likely what they'll be!
