I think the extra axle and another couple of hundred horses would be quite handy.

Cam, the one you took is a T608. The one lifting the wheel is a C501 like JOTS said.

I look at them every day :'(

The new one would be a T359 and the 8 wheeler a T404

Phred, the new one (10X4) you are right, is a T359.
The one lifting a wheel I thought was a C500, but as Bruce said, must be newer eh? C501.
It's the 604/608/609, I suppose there isn't too much difference, that all look the same to me.

Ok... The first two in reply one is a T359 and the Samjack truck is a T408.Bigcam's photo in reply 21 is a T608 and I've never known of Col Taylor owning a C500,but looking at the contour around the left headlights through the bullbar it does have that C500 shape to it.But I'm still quite sure it was a C501T. Cheers James.

Yes Cunning... nice to see at least one person out there is showing some interest in their job...
Regarding the "newer C501",Kenworth had both the C500T and C501T available up to 2007 which they then dropped the C500 and went with the C508 and now C509... Cheers James.
