Found a kenworth or what remains of a k124 and was wondering are they a good truck, and would if be worth buying ,if so what price ??

That rig is at the wreckers, young fella! I doubt that there would be much left of that one, and what's left of it is probably buggered anyway. Your best bet is to kept an eye on Gumtree. There's plenty of k-dubs of that era for a few thousand that come up. You've just got to be the first one to call up...

There some goodins out there, paid $13500 for this ol girl

and don't take much to tidy up, haven't got far yet but you get the idea, pre 80's you can find under $10000

There is a 1977? White Road Commander at work, I think it would be cheap as chips. I drove it to its current position about two years ago. Cummins, 60t rated. Nice old jigger.
