HTM ... the ad also describes the colour of the black Foton as "white" so can they be believed? ::)

If those Foton utes are classed as passenger vehicles, then surely the Dodge Rams must also be classed as passenger vehicles. They have been available with Cummins Diesels for at least 20 years!

The foton light trucks available out here for the last couple of years share the same motor- Cummins ISF. They are built by foton in china under license.
